Modernizing Legacy Enterprise Software for Tax Professionals
At Ryan LLC, one of my main focuses has been modernizing the enterprise-level PropertyPoint application, a critical platform for corporate property tax professionals.
Key contributions include:
Site-wide navigation redesign to improve usability and efficiency
Addressing legacy design debt across the platform (ongoing initiative)
Complete overhaul of the Company Page, the most frequently visited page on the application
Implementation of numerous new features and incremental design updates to enhance user workflows and overall experience
This work is part of a broader initiative to bring modern, cross company design standards and functionality to a mission-critical legacy system, ensuring tax professionals can work more efficiently and effectively.
